White Owl, a special-edition DVD, captures Matsui's vibrant 2002 live performance at Bunkamura Orchard Hall, Tokyo, where she played many of her best-loved tunes with her regular band (including the prominent Michael Ghegan on sax, Mel Brown on bass, and husband Kazu Matsui on the shakuhachi flute). In October 1986, Jean Michel Jarre went to his hometown of Lyon, to play for the long-awaited and welcome guest of Pope John Paul II. The concert, which took place nedaleko the river Saone, was bright with a spectacular view of the kind of visual and sound design, which has become a unique feature of Jarre. At the scene, along with the composer were 60 musicians and a choir of more than 120 people. The concert attracted more than 800,000 spectators who had gathered on the banks of the river and on the streets blizlezhayshih. When approaching the days of the concert, the organizers apprehensive as ancient prophecy of Nostradamus predicted that the Pope is killed in a famous French city, where two rivers, and this description is very reminiscent of the city of Lyon. Jarre did not attach any importance to gloomy predictions of Nostradamus, and the concert was a huge success, despite the numerous security that surrounded the Holy Father.
